Antichrist

Not what you think, but who you know.

Most people hear the word Antichrist and they picture a demonic figure or somebody extremely powerful who is present on the world stage. Possibly a ruler, a deceiver, or someone appearing at the end of days. All of these are certainly a possibility.

However, I want to show you something different. And to do so, I'll use a familiar story, maybe one you already know, or have heard of before. It is the story of Judas and Jesus.

My intention in using this story is to help you understand what the Antichrist really is and what it actually looks like. But first, you need to understand more about the meaning of "Christ".

Christ

Christ wasn't a last name. It is a state of divine awareness. Unity with "It", God, The All, Source. It is the embodiment of love. Christ Consciousness.

To embody Christ Consciousness, one must walk "the path" to spiritual awakening and transcendence of the ego. The journey can be long and at times extremely painful. But the walk is necessary. Without the walk, the ego is fortified and it will deceive you by creating its own version of love.

The reason is that your blindness must be healed so that you can see your existence with true eyes. Rather than the eyes through which the ego sees. To see truth is to see beyond the ego and the intellect.

To become the “Christ” is to embody the love that is within you. To recognize it and walk in selflessness, knowing that your life has always served something greater than you. It is to put humanity before self. It is the ultimate big-picture, behind the curtain view.

The “Christ” is available to every one of you right now. It is within you waiting to be recognized.

Anti-Christ

The definition of the Antichrist is a figure who is opposed to the Christ, opposed to Christ Consciousness, opposed to love.

This “Anti” energy can be one that has manifested singularly in a figure, but it can also be manifested in many. You could say that many have already come, and there are more than most people realize. But it doesn't always have to manifest as a figure.

It can also manifest in the form of ego, desire, a type of energy, a force, and even technology.

But what may be most eye-opening is this: it can manifest as a choice.

The key to understanding the Anti to Christ is to understand that the choice will always be self versus another.

I'm not talking about letting your self-love boundaries be destroyed. Abandoning those wouldn't be the embodiment of love. Love includes you.

The Anti to Christ is found in seeking gain, circumstances, comfort, etc. Or worse yet, gain at somebody’s expense. Often this gain is veiled as an act of mutual benefit. It is denying that your life is in service to another, or to others, through love. Denying this service, this remembrance, is missing the very gift of your existence.

As it was said then, and as I say to you now: "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends." This quote is multidimensional. But to understand the deeper meaning is to understand what else was being referred to - The ego. Laying down your life also means laying down the ego, so that you may be love for another.

Judas

Judas is remembered as the one who betrayed Jesus. And now, I want to show you this from another angle.

I want you to remember who Judas was. He was one of the chosen. One of the twelve. He walked beside the Christ, ate at His table, and witnessed what was possible. He had been given everything that could be given: love, the opportunity to see, and the opportunity to become.

Instead of embodying love, Judas sought for himself. He sought comfort, money, pride, his version of happiness. Selfishness. And it would come at the expense of another, the actual sacrifice of another.

The betrayal by Judas was not delivered with a sword, but with a kiss. A gesture of love, but only used to serve self. This is how the Antichrist appears. Not as something that necessarily looks evil, but as something that looks like affection, or veiled mutual gain.

Judas's betrayal was not only of Jesus. It was a denial of the Christ within himself, and of the Christ within another.

You could call it the “Judas energy”. It is the betrayal of the opportunity within you to become the Christ. It is selling that opportunity for personal gain, for the feeling of safety, for comfort, or for anything else the ego believes it "needs."

What happens to those who willingly make that trade might look like punishment. But it isn’t. It is consequence. The temporary gain will eventually wash away, and the blindness will remain. Even worse, the loss of the opportunity often goes completely unrecognized. They don't even know what they gave up.

In the case of Judas, he eventually saw what he had done, and the silver meant nothing to him. His end was literal. Yours doesn't have to be. This part of the story is also multidimensional.

What happens is by your own choice. The choice is either the ego or the opportunity. Your choice to embody the Christ, to embody love, or deny it, is what grants you freedom. Cling to the ego, live by it, and the opportunity will perish.

Recognize the opportunity to become the Christ found within.

The Time Is Now

Each one of you is given this ultimate opportunity now. It is part of the split now unfolding, the separation between those who choose love and those who choose self.

The energy of Judas acts selfishly. The Christ will always act in love. Most important is that the choice between the Judas and the Christ isn't made somewhere outside of you in the world. It is made within you.

The Antichrist isn't who you think. It's who you know. It's the part of you that seeks something, that will be offered something in exchange for your awakening into love. Every one of you will choose.

Remember that it was always enough just to be picked. It was always enough to be given the opportunity to have your blindness healed. It was always enough, a gift, to be given the opportunity to choose to embody what you are.

Receive what you are given, and take nothing for yourself.

Embody the Christ that is available to you. Serve humanity, your family, your friends, your partner, all, through the embodiment of love. Be love in the world.
