One
We are one.

We are all connected in ways far deeper than you can imagine. Follow the string of connection between us far enough and you will stop finding two. You will find One.
During my life review, I was shown that we are all connected in a way that is likely very different from your current definition of connection.
What I am referring to is Truth. One is Truth, and Truth is reality. Truth encompasses all. Everything, everyone, happening everywhere, all at once, in every state and every possibility.
The All
We are a part of the All. It has many names, God, Source, The All, The Universe, The Quantum, but the labels all point at the same thing. It is the place/being/state/source we originate from. It is “Truth”, circular, complete, perfect. We are expressions of The All, of Truth, whole and complete, and we do not die.

Connection
Think of it this way: The All is the sun, and we are each a single ray of light emitted from it. The closer the ray is to the sun, the hotter and more powerful it is. The further a ray travels, the weaker it feels. We live on the human plane, the place where the rays land. But the ray is never disconnected from the sun. It only feels that way from where it lands.

Separation
Separation is the illusion that we are disconnected, from the All, from Truth, and from each other. It is the belief that I am over here and you are over there. That we are human first, or human only, with no deeper connection beyond that.
During my life review, I could feel situations from every side. I could feel what another person felt during an interaction with me, as it happened, from within them, as if I was them. I could feel that because we were never disconnected, never separated, not from the source, and not from each other. Everything is always connected. Separation is not a fact about reality. It is a failure to recognize “Truth”.

For and Against
Connectedness can be considered as the force of “For”, a supporting force. Separation can be considered as “Against”, the opposing force. When you understand connection, you understand that everything in the human plane is “For you”. It is “For you” because you are connected to whatever “it” is, which is also directly connected to the source. Every circumstance, every experience, every opportunity, every thing is connected to “It”. One.
If you choose to believe in separation, you most likely believe that things happen “To you”, or “Against you”, and that those things couldn’t possibly be connected to the source or us. Not One.
This is the illusion of separation. The All, The Source, is Truth, everything. There is no separation between you, me, and that source. We are always connected. One.

The Human Journey
You could say that the human journey is one of progression. Every moment you experience here serves a greater purpose. The purpose of remembrance, of connection, of recognition, of service to others.
When you shift your view of your daily experiences to something that serves a greater purpose, you can step back from the experience and receive what it holds “For you”.
When you view those same interactions as opposition, as something happening “Against you”, you usually sit in a state of separation, recognizing nothing. You only react, you do not witness, and the reaction is steeped in intellect and emotion.
Ask yourself what you learned from your last difficult experience. If the honest answer is nothing, that experience will likely find you again in another form. There's a reason for that. The experience is holding something “For you”. Become One with your experiences.
Individual Achievement
My previous life before death looked successful from the outside. Accolades, career, material success. But it was built entirely around individual achievement. An ego wanting to prove that it was somebody. That it knew how to win. That it was in control of its life. A life of separation from what we actually are and how we are all connected.
But individual achievement doesn't only look like material ambition. The truth is that it can also look like a life spent in solitary pursuit of enlightenment. Or of a spiritual teacher who keeps everything he learns to himself, or for his benefit, never sharing it freely. This is a focus of individual achievement. He stays on his own imagined path.
This life was never about individual achievement. It is about collective movement. A movement as One.
Collective Movement
A life lived for collective movement is a life lived understanding our connection. We are all connected, all experiencing what is “For us”, all moving toward the same return to Truth, the Source.
We receive opportunities every day to help the people we're connected to. That is what makes existence a collective movement rather than for an individual.
If everyone here is experiencing, and everyone eventually returns to The Source with what they've experienced, it means little for one person in a hundred to stand out while the other ninety-nine stumble. A life of collective movement means staying open, recognizing the chance to help, and recognizing love for your fellow beings when it's in front of you. A movement of One.

Modern Life
Knowing Oneness doesn't make life easy to live. The pull toward the illusion of separation is constant. It is a current you swim against every day, and modern life has fostered that current into a place where it is stronger than it has ever been.
Nearly everything about modern life is built for individualization. Your phone. Your work. Your media, your entertainment, your music, your language. Almost every input you are surrounded by reinforces the illusion of separation. It is designed with purpose to keep you in your ego, your intellect, stuck inside your own feed, alone.
But there is a simple way to counter this influence. Ask this every night, before going to sleep:
Was I love in the world today?
That's it.
Love is the binding force or recognition that we are all connected. It is grace. It is a conditionless feeling of understanding that some remember what they are and their connection and some do not.
Hold a door. Tell a stranger to have a good day. Smile at someone passing. Give something, in person, to someone you don't know. Share, laugh, show compassion, shift someone's day in a direction it wasn't already going. And have no expectation of anything in return. Not even a thank you. These things matter more than they appear to.
It is the realization that this reality is One, with all, everywhere in every possibility, connected. There is no separation. There is nothing but remembering, realization, love expressed as experience. This expression, right now.
Oneness
We are all connected. Our lives are intertwined far beyond a passing hello. Far beyond what the intellect can manage to understand. We share the same Source, the same tether back to it, and the same purpose while we're here.
Everything you encounter is for you. Separation was always the illusion.
We are an ocean of light, swimming together toward the same shore. But you cannot find the shore alone.
You don't have to be a saint. You don't even have to be perfect. You only have to remember that you were never separate, and that you are already One.
