The Two Halves
Feeling your way through existence. Most people spend their lives at war with themselves and have no idea there's another way. You are the complete package. And with that package comes two very different, very important feelings. One is the feeling of being human. The other is the feeling of embodied love. Most will only recognize the human. It's the complicated part of you that you've known since birth. It has a name, a sex, an age, schooling, and an occupation. It has needs

The Recognition of Beauty
You are the beauty you recognize. Your existence is a single conscious breath. Birth to death. One breath. What we experience as years is, in truth, a fleeting spark. Here and then gone. I was shown this while on the other side during my NDE. Life appeared as nothing more than a spark, a flash of light, hot and red, vanishing almost before it appeared. And yet within that spark, something extraordinary is available. Something that points directly to what you really are. The G

The Ego
The face of desire. There is a part of you that wants things. It wants to be right. It wants to be loved. It wants the performance of being loved. It wants to be seen, validated, coddled, admired, and protected. It wants the next thing, and when it gets the next thing, it wants the thing after that. It is desire, personified. It is the mechanism through which you experience this life as a “separate” self, moving through a world of other “separate” selves. This is the ego . I

The Hand
Acknowledging the unseen There is something missing from most modern spiritual teaching. Not out of negligence. For the most part, the teachers seem sincere. It is difficult to point someone toward something you have not yet encountered yourself. I see it often in the people I give guidance to. They have done the work. They have developed the observational state, and carry the ability to witness their thoughts, their reactions, their patterns without being controlled by them.

The Spiritual Gaze
The superpower hidden within observation How do you see the world? Through the lens of good and bad? Through the horrors you've heard about or witnessed? Most people never stop to ask this question, and that is precisely the problem. Unless you are aware, the way you look at something is not neutral. Your gaze is generative. It doesn't just observe, it participates in creation. This is the spiritual gaze, and it may be the most underestimated superpower available to you. The

The Divine Mother
Her Presence Beyond Name There is a presence that has been known across all cultures and belief systems. From all times, by countless names, none of which can capture her fully. The Divine Mother. The Divine Feminine. The source from which all life emerges. She is the living, breathing reality of unconditional love that holds all of existence. She is the ground of being itself. Is she female…yes and no. Is she a form… yes and no. Humanity has tried, across millennia, to give

The Path
Linear beliefs about a non-linear existence All paths, you could say, have one thing in common: a distance to travel. As we walk through our incarnation we believe we are headed somewhere. A place where there is more. And in order to get there, we must "walk." So "who" created the spiritual path that you are "walking"? Who blazed the trail? On your spiritual path, is there a part of the path to help you understand the beauty experienced in a sunset on a beach? How about under

High Strangeness
Experiencing the Unknown... Awakening. It's about peace and light and transcendence. Meditation. Bliss. Finally understanding the nature of reality. A new perspective and a return to the truth of what you really are. Right? Partially true. But it's also about much much more. It can sometimes be about experiencing things that don't make sense. Things that were always there but couldn't be perceived until your eyes were open. And I don't mean metaphorically there. I mean always

Free Will
Choice D: None of the Above Yes, we have free will. Sort of. But it isn't about the association it has with the values of the A, B, C, D multiple choice options we believe ourselves to have. It's more along the lines of choice "D", none of the above. We walk through existence with the ability to make at least one choice. That much is true. But not all choices are created equal. And the freedom we think we're exercising? It's mostly an illusion carefully designed to keep us ex

Transcending Reality
The Triangle For those of you who are reading this, there is a good chance you and I are living in different realities. The realities overlap, but are also comparably different. It's the equivalent of looking at spilled gasoline in a puddle. Depending on your angle of sight you will see a different color. Same gasoline, same puddle, but different experience. You could call Reality the manifestation of Consciousness . It presents itself in a way that guides our experience base

Knowing
The magic between the lines Since my return from death, I've noticed two distinct ways people receive what I share. Some feel the message that lives between the words I speak, a recognition that happens beneath language. In doing so, they experience and recognize truth, sometimes physically. This shift happens not because of the words themselves, but because of what they recognize within, through the heart. Others process the information through the intellect, comparing what

Right Now
What Death Taught Me About Time In death, I experienced the disappearance of time. It was just...gone. Things happened instantaneously and simultaneously, while also seemingly drawn out for what we could consider to be eons. Ultimately, there was a revelation in what I was shown that may help you more easily navigate your existence and its association with time. When Time Stopped During my near-death experience, time ceased to function in any recognizable way. Events occurred

Consciousness
Why Your Definition Is Keeping You From It Consciousness. It's probably the most overused term in spiritual circles today. We talk about it like it is a defined and measurable aspect of our reality. We speak about it like we can study it, control it, and understand it through an intellectual lens. However, the truth is far deeper and far more complicated than what your favorite guru or scientist might be telling you. What I Learned About Consciousness During my near-death exp

Roles
The parts we play which define separation You're in a role. Actually, you are playing many roles. Maybe you realize it, maybe you don't. You've taken an incarnation and have been given your baseline set of roles. However, you've adopted role after role throughout your lifetime. Some of them you've let go, others eventually, and some you refuse to let go. Most of them, you hold onto tightly. These roles tend to be the foundation of your identity. What is a Role? A part you rec

The Ceiling
The painful and inevitable stop along the way It's inevitable. You've taken up your spiritual progression consciously. You are feeling "more." Maybe you feel love. Things are beginning to click. You're on your way to enlightened understanding. You're metaphorically leaving your body behind, floating towards a greater understanding of existence. And then bang! You hit something that stops you in your tracks. It's your spiritual ceiling. The Ceiling Your spiritual ceiling is t

Love
Ever-present, misidentified, and wholly unavoidable This will be a long post, and deservedly so. Love demands depth. We hear a lot about love in our existence, loving others, loving yourself. Love, love, love. Conditional love, unconditional love, romantic love, brotherly love, sisterly love, love for our pets. It almost seems as if it is unavoidable. But beneath all of these terms, a question lingers: What actually is love? What is this thing, this force that we continue to

The Servant
Service through a redefined existence Why have you taken an existence in this strange place, in this melding of material and immaterial worlds? Why are you here? Most spiritually aligned people would answer by saying, “I’m here to learn,” or “I’m here to experience.” And while those answers are fine, they fall short of a deeper truth. In death, when the choice to return was placed before me, my answer wasn’t about growth or experience. My answer was simply to serve: “Yes.” Ye

The 100-Year Walk
How failure can expose the path to enlightenment We are here for a 100-year walk, give or take. Picture yourself on a perfectly flat sidewalk extending into the horizon for the entirety of your walk which represents your existence. The sidewalk is pristine—no cracks, no damage—just a long, even path stretching before you. The walk is well-paced and pleasant enough. You can speed up or slow down, but it’s still 100 years of walking. There’s just one thing: every 10 steps, you

The Desire to Help
A deeper look at compassion, judgment, and true spiritual assistance As we grow in spiritual understanding, something beautiful often emerges: compassion. And with it comes a natural desire to help others. This desire feels pure, even noble. Yet this same impulse can become a trap—one that keeps us bound to material thinking rather than opening us to deeper spiritual truth. This exploration may challenge your current understanding. But sometimes being challenged is exactly wh

The Veil
The mysterious curtain standing between you and more We hear it often in spiritual circles: “the veil.” That unseen curtain between worlds — a separation between the physical and spiritual, the known and the unknown. It’s said to conceal the divine from our direct understanding, to obscure ultimate truth from mortal eyes. Part of my experience in death was an understanding of, and a being behind , the veil. It felt like utter weightlessness — freedom from attachment, and a di
